• Cushions are made to order and non-refundable.

• As our cushions are made to order, we offer free fabric samples prior to purchase to help ensure you are happy with your choice before committing.

• Our cushions are cut to the required filler sizes available, as we have to make allowance for sewing, piping and room for the filler. The fillers are the size which is specified in the description, which ensure maximum fullness as seen in our imagery.

• Cushions are made in house and we aim to have them dispatched to you up to 3 weeks of placing your order.

• Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email fulfilment confirmation.

• If you choose to have your order delivered, you will receive a tracking number via email. Pick-up from our Wirral showroom is available at checkout.
