  • Are your cushions made to order and what are their specifications?

    Yes, all cushions are handmade to order and non-refundable. We offer free fabric samples before purchase to ensure you’re happy with your choice. Each cushion is handmade to fit the specified filler size. We allow for seams, piping, and filler space when cutting the fabric, so the size shown on the product refers to the filler, not the finished cover. This ensures a perfectly full, luxurious cushion.

  • How do I care for my cushions?

    We recommend all our cushions be dry clean only.

  • How long will it take for my cushions to arrive?

    Our handmade cushions are dispatched within 3 weeks of ordering. We don’t process orders over weekends, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

    Please note: courier delays are beyond our control once the order leaves us, but you can contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    We ship cushions across the UK, including items from our CCco Favourites, and Furninova sofas can also be delivered nationwide. Some furniture pieces, especially large or fragile items, are marked as collection only at checkout—please contact us for specific shipping enquiries.

    We don’t currently offer international shipping, but you’re welcome to arrange your own courier or freight forwarder to collect from our showroom (please email us first to confirm).

  • What happens if I choose ‘collect from store’?

    If you select ‘collect from store’ without paying for delivery, we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup at our Wirral showroom. If you chose this option by mistake, please contact us promptly to arrange delivery payment.

  • How much do your interior styling and dressing services cost?

    Our initial interior styling consultation starts from £150, depending on location and project scale. This includes an on-site visit and a follow-up in our Wirral showroom (service available in Wirral, Cheshire, and Merseyside).

    Interior dressing costs vary based on the project’s scale and specification, so please get in touch for a tailored quote.

  • Can I visit your showroom and how do in-store sales work?

    You’re welcome to visit our showroom Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–2 PM—no appointment needed.

    For consultations with our stylists (cushions, curtains, or interior styling), appointments are required and can be booked by phone, email, Instagram, website contact form, or in person.

    In-store sales depend on stock availability. If an item needs to be ordered, there may be a short wait, and you’ll be notified when it’s ready for collection.

  • Do you offer finance or payment plans?

    Yes! We offer:

    - Payment plans for online purchases via Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal Credit at checkout. You’ll get an order confirmation from us and payment details from the provider. All plans are managed by these third parties, so please contact them directly for any payment-related enquiries.
