Refund & Returns

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

  • Curtains: Made-to-measure curtains require a 50% deposit. Any alterations after the deposit may incur extra costs. Curtains are bespoke and non-refundable.

  • Cushions: Made-to-order or bespoke cushions are non-refundable. Any amendments or cancellations must be notified within 3 days of the order date. After this, cushions are non-returnable, and amendments may incur extra costs.

  • Sofas: Made-to-order sofas are non-refundable. Lead time: 8–10 weeks.

  • Gift cards and other bespoke items are non-returnable.

Standard Returns (Non-Bespoke Items)

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us with your order number.

  • If cancelling after shipping, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

  • Once you contact us to log a return, the item must be returned within 14 days, in “as new” condition, securely packaged in the original packaging.

Important:

  • We cannot refund items returned without protective packaging or items damaged in transit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable; original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Check items immediately upon receipt. Report faults or damages within 48 hours, including photos, via enquiries@cccointeriors.com.

  • You are responsible for arranging the return. Shipping costs for faulty items will be refunded up to the original delivery amount.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and protected against damage.

Rugs

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt if returning a rug.

  • Rugs must be returned re-rolled, re-wrapped, and fully protected, including original cardboard ends and barcode.

  • Use a signed/recorded delivery service with insurance. Failure to follow instructions may reduce refund eligibility.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items due to our error, subject to stock availability.

  • Personal damage is not covered.

  • Exchanged items are shipped once we receive your returned item.

Sale Items

  • Items marked as ex-display are sold as-is and non-returnable.

  • Sale items can only be returned for a credit note, unless faulty or damaged.

In-Store Purchases

  • Items bought in-store can be returned within 28 days with a valid receipt, unused and in resalable condition.

  • Sale items: credit note only, unless faulty.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
