Refunds & Returns Policy

For any returns or exchanges, please complete a return or exchange form below.

Bespoke Orders

Curtains: As this is a bespoke, made-to-measure service, we take a 50% deposit on curtains. This deposit is non-refundable.

Cushions: Any cushions that are made bespoke (to the customer's requirements) are non-refundable.

Bespoke and made-to-meaasure items are not eligible for return nor are gift cards.


Unwanted Returns

If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, you are more than welcome to return products that are in original condition for a refund, within 28 days after you have received your order. If 28 days have gone by since then, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping Unwanted Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return, you should mail your product to: Returns, 1 Jackson Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 5DJ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage.

Damaged Returns

If you receive your item damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team by filling our the returns form below.

We will arrange collection of damaged items we are responsibile for, however if you are unable to facilitate this or miss the arranged collection time/day, you may be liable to pay for the return instead.

Alternatively, if more convienent, you can arrange the return yourself and will be refunded the shipping cost once we receive the item back to us, upon proof of receipt of return.

Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. Personal damage is not our responsbility.

If you opt for an exchange, this will be sent to you upon us receiving your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you need to exchange it for the same item due to damage at our error, please fill out a returns or exchange form below.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a few working days. If you are refunded via credit note in store, please be aware these are valid for 12 months only.

- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void, and the item/s will be sent back to you.

Late or missing refunds
- If you have yet to receive your refund after 3-5 working days, double check your bank account or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@cccointeriors.com as soon as you can.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (including ex-display) cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
